Service Description

Online tuition offers a chance to discuss issues, ask for tips or benefit from regular mentoring to help you work towards your aims. Please note, these 1hr sessions generally are not long enough for students who wish to work on projects and techniques during the session. If you feel you would benefit from a longer session, please contact Kim to discuss your requirements. The session will be tailored to your interests and requirements. Upon booking, Kim will forward a tips sheet to help you get the most out of your session.

Cancellation Policy

Kim’s classes are in demand and places are limited. If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund, but regretfully, Kim cannot refund cancellations made within 14 days of the course or workshop start date. However, where possible, Kim will do her best to facilitate an ‘exchange’, offering you an alternative course or try to help you find someone willing to take your place. If you cancel within 72 hours of the session or do not turn up on the day for a course or workshop you booked, no refund or exchange will be given. Occasionally, for unforeseen circumstances, Kim may need to cancel a course or workshop at short notice. Should this happen, she will offer you some alternative dates or a refund. Unfortunately Kim cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur such as transport.
