I run mixed ability, group courses at Bristol & Bath Craft Workshops in Kingswood. The studio is light and airy with free parking. These courses are suitable for all levels; each term is 6 weeks long.

 

Current students are given the opportunity to re-enrol each term enabling you to carry on building your skills for as long as you wish. When spaces become available, these will be offered to those on the waiting list first, then offered out to the general public.

 

Tuition is based on students interests but I always aim to lay down a good grounding in the fundamentals while also offering more advanced techniques on demand. A huge range of in-class and online resources are provided to complement your tuition. These are especially useful for anyone wishing to continue silversmithing at home or aiming to set up or develop their own jewellery business. 

 

The course fee includes personalised, small group tuition, use of tools, basic materials and consumables. A selection of silver and gemstones can be purchased from the tutor and a suppliers list will be provided for any students who wish to buy their own tools or materials.
