To Secure Your Space

You must purchase your 6-week block of classes before the cut-off date listed in the advanced enrolment email you received. Please contact us if you are unsure of this date or have any questions.​ As soon as the cut-off date is passed, any remaining spaces will be offered to the waiting list and listed on my website.

Change of Session

If you are considering changing your class day or session time, please contact us before making a payment to ensure availability on your preferred day.

Shared Terms

You are welcome to share a term with another student, but you must arrange this between yourselves. Please note that, as current students are given first refusal on future terms, if you choose to share a term, we are unable to guarantee that you will be able to secure a full six-week term in the future. You will, however, have the option to carry on sharing.

Missed Sessions

We try to be as flexible as possible and understand life and commitments can get in the way of your jewellery sessions. Students can often attend a catch up session during one of our other class time slots. These must be made up within the same term block and pre-agreed with your tutor. Alternatively, you may also try to sell any sessions you know you will miss in our Ad-Hoc WhatsApp group.

If you're looking to sell your spot, please direct the interested student to this webpage for payment: Ad Hoc Sessions Payment​ Once an ad hoc session has been purchased, I will reimburse you £30, which takes into account the payment processing fees. Due to the payment processing fee, if you are selling your session to a student you know, you may wish to organise this directly with them. 

Loyalty Discount 

Long-term students are eligible for a loyalty discount. If you have been with us for more than 3 terms, please get in touch for your discount code. This code can be used on weekly courses, ad hoc sessions and some one day workshops. *Please Note: this discount can only be claimed at the point of booking. We cannot refund the discount after the booking has been made, so please check with Kim if you are unsure of how to claim your discount.
