Service Description
These sessions are exclusively for past and current 'Make it with Kim' students. They’re ideal for anyone looking to extend their weekly morning session into a full-day class or to utilise the studio space and tools for their own projects. Please note: these sessions are not taught and are therefore intended for individuals who are familiar with the studio, can work safely, and operate independently. Be sure to review the booking policy before making your purchase.
Cancellation Policy
Terms of Booking – Bench Rental By booking a bench with ‘Make it with Kim’, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted these Terms. If you have questions, contact Kim at hi@makeit.kim or 07734 805 250. Health & Safety • Safety is a priority. You will receive a Workshop Induction and Safety Instructions at your first booking. • It is your responsibility to read and understand all safety guidelines. • You must not use any power or gas tools until fully inducted by 'Make it with Kim'. • Safe practices must be followed at all times; failure to do so may result in being asked to leave without a refund. • 'Make it with Kim' may refuse participation if you appear under the influence of alcohol or drugs, or if health issues pose safety risks. No refund will be issued in these cases. Personal Conduct • We are committed to maintaining a safe, respectful environment. • Bullying, discrimination, or harmful behaviour will not be tolerated. • We reserve the right to exclude anyone displaying aggressive or disrespectful conduct. Insurance • 'Make it with Kim' has Public and Products Liability Insurance up to £5,000,000. • Proof can be provided upon request via hi@makeit.kim. Refunds & Cancellations • Full refunds are available if you cancel more than 24 hours before your booking. • Cancellations made within 24 hours are non-refundable. • No refunds for no-shows or late cancellations. • In exceptional circumstances, 'Make it with Kim' may cancel sessions on short notice, offering alternative dates or refunds. • 'Make it with Kim' is not responsible for travel or accommodation costs due to cancellations. Acceptance of Terms • Booking confirms you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. • Note: These Terms may change without prior notice. Please review them each time you book or attend.
