Service Description

Do you have previous experience? These sessions are perfect if you would like to work on your own project, learn a specific technique or troubleshoot an area you have been struggling with. Students are welcome to bring their own materials or they can be purchased from my selection on the day. If you wish to learn or make something specific, please contact me at least 7 days in advance so we can ensure we will have everything you will need. Please note, these are technical sessions based on your interests and requirements, so do not guarantee you will finish a project or piece of jewellery within the sessions time. The amount achievable is very dependant on your learning style, aim and whether or not you have pre-prepared any additional elements required to progress onto the technique you wish to learn. For example, if you wish to learn bezel setting, you will achieve more during your session if you are able to prepare the ring or pendant base etc that you wish to add the setting to in advance.

Cancellation Policy

Kim’s classes are in demand and places are limited. If you cancel more than 14 days in advance, you will receive a full refund, but regretfully, Kim cannot refund cancellations made within 14 days of the course or workshop start date. However, where possible, Kim will do her best to facilitate an ‘exchange’, offering you an alternative course or try to help you find someone willing to take your place. If you cancel within 72 hours of the session or do not turn up on the day for a course or workshop you booked, no refund or exchange will be given. Occasionally, for unforeseen circumstances, Kim may need to cancel a course or workshop at short notice. Should this happen, she will offer you some alternative dates or a refund. Unfortunately Kim cannot be held responsible for any costs you may incur such as transport.
